Who is processing your personal data?
This Privacy Statement explains how Proudies, a trade name of the Dutch limited liability company Proudies B.V., having its registered offices at Wilhelminakade 573, 3072 AP Rottedam and registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under company number 82321094 (“Proudies”) collects and uses information from users of the Proudies software and/or application (together referred to as the “Proudies Service”) as well as the purpose of such collection and use. Proudies is committed to ensure your privacy, will safeguard the information you supply and use it only in accordance with the following provisions and the Terms of Use of the Proudies Services, and in compliance with applicable privacy and personal data protection legislation.
In this Privacy Statement, words starting with capital letters, used in singular or plural form, are defined in the Terms of Use.
This Privacy Statement may be amended by Proudies from time to time and you are therefore invited to review it periodically.
Categories of personal data processed and purpose of processing
By accessing or using the Proudies Service, Proudies may process certain personal data relating to you, such as your first and family names, email address, telephone number, choice of language, address, payment details, physical areas of attention or physical injuries, login, access rights and log files. You acknowledge that these personal data may be collected and processed for the purposes of, among others, creating, identifying, verifying and managing your personalised account (“Member Account”), setting the preferred language in the Proudies Service, controlling your access rights, contacting you and answering to your queries, correcting assignments of access and functions and identifying use/misuse of the Proudies Services. In addition, Proudies may process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including by email (subject to your prior consent where necessary).
Legal basis for the processing
The processing of these personal data is necessary in order to use the Proudies Services. Proudies relies however on your consent to send you electronic direct marketing communication.
Transfer of personal data
You acknowledge that Proudies may disclose your personal data to its sub-contractors for the above-mentioned purposes, both inside and outside the European Economic Area. You acknowledge that this may involve transfers of your personal data to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection. Appropriate contractual measures will be taken to ensure the security of your personal data in compliance with the applicable privacy and personal data protection legislation. A copy of those appropriate contractual measures can be provided upon request.
Cookies
Cookies may be used on some areas of the Proudies Service. A cookie is a small text file that is sent on your computer or other device and stored on your hard drive or device memory. We are using the following cookies to keep records of your visits, to better tailor your future visits to your preferences and generally to improve your navigational experience. In using these cookies, we deliver a more personalised experience on the Proudies Service. You can refuse, delete or block cookies at any time, although some functionalities of the Proudies Service requiring the use of the cookie might no longer be available to you.

The Proudies Service may create links to other websites, which are not subject to this Privacy Statement. Proudies recommends you examine the privacy statement applicable to these other websites. Proudies assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the personal data and privacy practices of such websites and encourages you to review each website’s privacy statement before disclosing any personal data.
Protection of personal data and duration of retention
Steps will be taken to ensure that your personal data is accurate, kept up to date and not kept for longer than is necessary. Your personal data will be retained for as a long as you are a client of Proudies and will be suppressed within six (6) months thereafter. Measures will also be taken to safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction or damage to the data.
Your rights
You are entitled to access to your personal data, as collected and processed by Proudies, and request the modification or suppression of personal data relating to you if it is incorrect or unnecessary. You also have the right to ask for the restriction of the processing or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability (as the case may be). When applicable, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent made prior to such withdrawal. To exercise these rights, please send an email to Proudies at the address info@proudies.nl, together with a copy of your identity card or other identification document. In addition, you may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, as the case may be, at any time, free of charge and without having to provide a justification by following the above mentioned procedure.You also have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State of the European Union of your usual place of residence, place of work or the place where the violation occurred) if you consider that the processing of personal data related to you infringes the data protection legislation.
